Pursuant to Sections 38771 and 38773, et seq., of the Government Code of the state, the City Council establishes the procedures set forth in this Chapter for the purpose of abatement of public nuisances. The procedures set forth herein shall not be exclusive and shall not in any manner limit or restrict the City from enforcing other City ordinances or state laws when applicable, including but not limited to the Uniform Housing Code, or abating public nuisances in any other manner provided by law.
