All or any part of private property found, as provided herein, to constitute a public nuisance shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal pursuant to the procedures set forth herein, or, when applicable, pursuant to other provisions of state or local law, including the Uniform Housing or Building Codes adopted by the City in Title 16 of this Code.
