Lot coverage for covered structures in all of the R-1 zones shall not exceed forty percent of the lot area, with total coverage including uncovered outdoor decks not to exceed fifty percent. (Ord. 92-8 § 16, 1992; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
