19.52.050 Lot coverage—Exceptions in the R-1L zone.

For buildings in the R-1L zone that do not exceed fifteen feet in height, the maximum allowable lot coverage shall be fifty percent. (Ord. 92-8 § 17, 1992; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
