Lot coverage for covered structures in the R-15 zone shall not exceed thirty percent of the lot area, with total coverage including uncovered outdoor decks not to exceed fifty percent. (Ord. 92-8 § 15, 1992; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
