Except as provided for in Section 19.48.010, a fifteen-foot setback is required, unless the proposed building height is no more than twenty-five feet anywhere within the forty feet of the lot front property line, in which event only a ten-foot setback is required; and, provided further, that if the proposed building height is no more than fifteen feet anywhere within forty feet of the lot front property line, only a five-foot setback is required.
