In the R-1C zone (Corinthian island), the front yard setback line is either the street line or five feet from the improved street line, whichever, in each instance, is more distant from the centerline of the paved street. (Ord. 92-8 § 8, 1992; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
