Except as provided for in Section 19.48.010, a fifteen-foot setback is required, unless the proposed building height is no more than fifteen feet within forty feet of the lot front property line, in which event only a ten-foot setback is required. (Ord. 92-8 § 7, 1992; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
