A. The front yard setback line shall extend across the full width of the lot, parallel to the front property line.

B. No building, accessory building or other structure shall be constructed in any front yard or between the street line and the setback line within such lot, except as is in this Chapter expressly provided. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
