It is unlawful to operate any passenger bus/tour bus on any street in the City, except San Rafael Avenue, Community Road and Beach Road between the intersection of Main Street and the entrance to the San Francisco Yacht Club parking lot. Furthermore, passenger buses/tour buses operating on the aforementioned streets, may park on those streets only for the purpose of loading and unloading passengers for a period of time not to exceed fifteen minutes.
