10.70.030 Exemptions.
This section is included in your selections.
The restrictions contained in this Chapter shall not apply to the following:
A. Vehicles authorized to operate by the City Manager or his designee;
B. Vehicles used to transport emergency services personnel, and/or equipment, or to evacuate persons in emergency situations, when so authorized by emergency service personnel of the City or the Tiburon Fire District. (Ord. 93-7 § 1, 1993.)
