As used in this Chapter, “passenger bus/tour bus” means any motor vehicle designed for carrying nine or more passengers and engaged in the transportation of persons for compensation as defined in Sections 612 and 233(b) of the California Vehicle Code. (Ord. 93-7 § 1, 1993.)
