Each permit for a debris box shall provide that it is granted on the condition that the permittee shall indemnify and save harmless the City and its officers and employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries and liabilities, howsoever the same may be caused and regardless of the negligence of the City, resulting directly or indirectly from the presence of the debris box on the street, and that the acceptance of the permit shall bird the permittee to so indemnify and save harmless the City and its officers and employees.
