Each debris box permit shall be valid only for the period covered by the permit. The period of the permit shall be reasonable and may be regulated by the City’s representative. It shall be the responsibility of the permittee to renew a debris box permit when it expires. A penalty shall be assessed to renew all permits which have expired and have not been renewed. Likewise, a penalty shall be assessed for failure to obtain an encroachment permit for debris box placement. A violation of any such regulations shall constitute an infraction.
