6.04.030 Dogs—Owner responsibility to remove excrement.

Should any dog defecate on property other than the premises of his owner or keeper, such owner or keeper shall promptly remove the excrement from such other property, restoring the surface to its original condition. (Ord. 86-5 § 1, 1986.)
