6.04.020 Animal services officer—Appointment.

The Marin Humane Society is appointed as the Animal Services Agency for the City, and shall appoint suitable persons to act as Animal Services Officers. All Animal Services Officers shall, for the purpose of enforcing this Chapter, be deemed to be peace officers. (Ord. 2008-1 § 3, 2008; Ord. 86-5 § 1, 1986.)
