Applications for design review approval shall be filed with the Planning Department Secretary on forms prescribed by the Director of Planning and Building, and shall be accompanied by the information as outlined in Section 20.04.080, as well as by a filing fee in such amount as is prescribed from time to time by City Council resolution. The Planning Commission shall review the application at a scheduled public hearing following a determination by the Director of Planning and Building that the application is complete pursuant to Section 20.04.090. The applicant and all residents and property owners within a 300-foot-wide radius of the subject property shall be given twenty days’ advance notice of the time, date and place of any public hearing by the Planning Commission during which the applicant’s application will be considered.
