It is unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself to be a police reserve member, or to wear, use or possess a badge, other insignia or a uniform of the color, type or design used by the reserve when he is in fact not a member of the reserve. (Ord. 185A NS § 1, 1973; prior code § 2-26.)
