Each member shall purchase at his own expense any uniform and other equipment not provided by the City; however, badges, identification cards, shoulder patches and name bars shall at all times remain the City property. Upon separation from the reserve, each member shall immediately return to the Chief of Police all badges, identification cards, shoulder patches and name bars.
