A. No structure, the use of which is nonconforming, shall be moved, altered or enlarged unless required by law, or unless the moving, alteration or enlargement will result in the elimination of the nonconforming use.

B. A nonconforming use of a structure or land shall not be changed to another nonconforming use.

C. A nonconforming use of land or structure shall not be extended to occupy a greater volume of space or different area of land or structure under any circumstances.

D. Whenever a nonconforming use has been abandoned or discontinued for a continuous period of six months, or a nonconforming structure is not occupied for a continuous period of six months, the nonconforming use and/or structure shall not be re-established and the structure or site shall thereafter be made to conform with the regulations for the district in which it is located.
