10.36.167 Overweight vehicle parking restriction.

No person shall park and leave standing on Lagoon Road, Maybridge Road or within the Lagoon Road parking lot any vehicle having a gross weight rating of three tons or more, except
A. While actively loading or unloading persons and/or material.
B. When such vehicle is parked in connection with, or in aid of, the performance of a service to or on a property in the block in which such vehicle is parked, not to exceed seventy-two consecutive hours.
C. When performing repairs of an emergency nature on the vehicle itself, not to exceed twelve consecutive hours.
D. When such vehicle is involved in a public works project. (Ord. 2006-12 § 3, 2006.)
