The City Manager is authorized to install yield right-of-way signs and appropriate markings if deemed necessary at one or more approaches to intersections of streets which are not through highways. Locations are to be designated upon the basis of traffic engineering principles and other traffic engineering investigation. (Ord. 89-6 § 1, 1989.)
