Bellevue Avenue and Alcatraz Avenue on Corinthian Island are made one-way roads for motor vehicle traffic. The direction of travel on these roads shall be as follows: Commencing at the foot of Corinthian Island, where Bellevue Avenue intersects with Main Street, thence in a southeasterly direction along Bellevue Avenue to the southeast point of Corinthian Island; thence around said point of Corinthian Island along Alcatraz Avenue in a northwesterly direction to the end of Alcatraz Avenue.
