A. It has been found and determined by the City Council that Beach Road, between the limits hereinafter fixed, by reason of the width, course and direction thereof, requires the limitation of vehicular traffic to one-way traffic in order to preserve and insure the public health and safety of persons using said street.

B. It is unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle or other vehicle upon that portion of Beach Road in the City, between San Rafael Avenue and Cove Road, except as follows:

On the southerly portion of the division of Beach Road in an easterly direction, and on the northerly portion of the division of Beach Road in a westerly direction.

C. The City Manager shall cause said street to be appropriately signposted in conformity with law, which signs shall be so erected as to be clearly visible to traffic on said street. (Ord. 2013-2 § 22, 2013; Ord. 87-4 § 23, 1987; Ord. 76-3 § 1, 1.967, 1976; Ord. 93 NS §§ 2, 3, 5, 6, 1957.)
