9.80.020 Hours of operation.
A. Park Hours.
1. The parks shall be open for public use from sunrise to sunset. No person shall enter or remain in any park outside of the hours open to the public.
2. The City Manager or his or her designee may set different hours for park use in a permit.
B. Community Center Hours.
1. Except as provided in subsection (B)(2) of this section, the Community Center is open for public use from one hour before sunrise until one hour after sunset. No person shall enter or remain in any park outside of the hours open to the public.
2. The City Manager or his or her designee may set different hours for the Community Center in a permit.
C. The City reserves the right to close the parks and community center to the public for the purpose of protecting the environmental quality of the area, during periods of extreme fire hazard, or other such conditions deemed hazardous to persons or property. (Ord. 2022-04 § 2, 2022.)
