9.71.030 Exceptions to Handgun Storage Regulation.

The Handgun storage regulations set forth in this Chapter shall not apply in the following circumstances:
A. The Handgun is carried on the person of an individual over the age of 18.
B. The Handgun is under the control of a person who is a peace officer, either active duty or honorably retired under California Penal Code section 830 et seq. (Ord. 2016-7 § 2, 2016.)
