The party who is responsible for bearing the cost of any work hereunder shall be responsible for any damage caused by such work, including but not limited to the cost of removal of debris resulting therefrom. For this purpose, the tree owner may require that the complainant or the arborist performing the corrective work carry insurance or post a bond to protect against personal injuries or property damage occurring during the performance of the work.
