It is unlawful for any person within the City limits at any time to operate any portable machine powered with a gasoline engine used to blow leaves, dirt and other debris off sidewalks, driveways, lawns or other surfaces. (Ord. 2006-3 § 3, 2006; Ord. 87-3 § 1, 1987.)
