5.16.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For purposes of this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
A. “Motion picture, radio, or television productions” means all activity attendant to staging or shooting commercial motion pictures, television shows or programs, and commercially prepared radio broadcasts.
B. “Still photography” means all activity attendant to staging or shooting commercial still photographs. (Ord. 78-1 § 1.)
