A duplicate license may be issued by the City Clerk to replace any license previously issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, which license has been lost or destroyed, upon the licensee filing a statement of such fact and paying the City Clerk a duplicate license fee, the amount of which shall hereafter be fixed by City Council resolution.
