3.16.010 Definitions.

The following words and expressions when used in this Chapter shall for the purpose of this Chapter have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section:
A. “City” means the City of Belvedere, a municipal corporation, situated in the County of Marin, State of California.
B. “County” means the County of Marin, a political subdivision of the State of California. (Ord. 98 NS § 1, 1958.)
