To comply with the provisions of Article 5 of Chapter 1 of Division I and of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code, there is created in the City treasury a special fund to be known as the “special gas tax street improvement fund.” (Ord. 77-16 § 2, 1977; Ord. 162 § 1, 1936.)
