The City shall notify the owner by letter of the City Council’s action. The City’s Planning Department shall keep a current list of designated properties/structures. Said list shall be referred to by the Building Official and Director of Planning and Building before considering action on any site or structure on the list. The City shall also record notice of the property’s designation as a qualified historic structure of the City in the official records of the County of Marin.
