The Historic Preservation Committee shall hold a noticed public hearing within sixty days of the application being deemed complete to consider the application for designation, and shall recommend approval or denial of the application. The City shall mail written notice of the Historic Preservation Committee’s public hearing to the owner at least ten days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 2006-6 § 1, 2006; Ord. 93-5 § 1, 1993.)
