The Historic Preservation Committee shall consist of eight members appointed by the City Council, all of whom shall be residents of the City and interested in and/or knowledgeable about the history of the City. The Historic Preservation Committee shall include as many as possible, but at least three, members with professional qualifications or demonstrated special interest, experience, or knowledge in architecture, history, real estate and/or related disciplines.
