Work on a structure which may include: painting where there is no color change involved; repair, reinforcement or replacement of defective parts, including roofs, foundations, structural members and the like, where there is no design modification to any of those parts, no enlargement of the structure, nor any change in materials or colors that would impact the exterior appearance of the structure or the interior appearance of a publicly owned designated property/structure.
