By filing such an application, the applicants and the members of any group sponsoring the use shall be jointly and severally liable for the cost of repairing any damage to the property of the City resulting from such use and shall present to the City evidence of insurance which indemnifies the City from any loss, damage, or injury of any kind or character whatsoever that may arise from the use of the facility, in an amount to be determined by the City Manager.
