A contract between the City Council of the City of Belvedere and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this Chapter and marked “Exhibit A,” as amended, and by such reference made a part of this Chapter as though herein set out in full.
