2.16.040 Administration—Rules and regulations.

The Chief of Police shall prescribe and the City Manager shall approve such rules and regulations as are necessary for administration of the reserves. The Chief of Police may appoint police officers from the regular police department as reserve administration officers. (Ord. 185A NS § 1, 1973; prior code § 2-30.)
