The City Council shall hold one regular meeting each calendar month. These meetings shall be held on the dates, at the times, and in such locations as specified by the City Council by resolution in accordance with California Government Code Section 36805. When the day for any regular meeting of the City Council falls on a legal holiday, no meeting shall be held on such holiday, but such meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday, or at such time and date agreed to by a majority of the City Council. The City Council may hold other meetings as necessary, consistent with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code Section 54950 et seq.).
