Notices of public hearings on applications for establishment of nonconforming uses or structures, use permits, variances, exceptions to total floor area, appeals, rezones, PUD Permits, and Zoning Ordinance amendments shall be given as provided in Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 2.7 of the Government Code of the State, or otherwise as provided by the laws of this state. In the case of an application for any of the above entitlements, notice of the public hearing shall be sent to all residents and property owners within a 300-foot-wide radius of the subject property.
