All signs, with the exception of a “for sale” sign, a “for lease/rent” sign, a sign indicating directions to a property which is for sale, lease or rent, a political sign in compliance with Section 19.72.070, or a temporary sign in compliance with Section 19.72.080, shall require approval of the Planning Commission subject to the provisions of Title 20 of this Code.
