In the R-1W Zone, a bonus of one foot of additional height may be allowed when an additional foot is added to the average second story sideyard setback, to a maximum height of twenty-six feet, provided the minimum sideyard setback for second stories is maintained as required in Section 19.48.140 of this Title.
