Side yards in the R3 zone shall be five feet wide for buildings fifteen feet or less in height, ten feet wide for buildings sixteen to twenty-five feet in height, and fifteen feet wide for buildings more than twenty-five feet in height. (Ord. 91-4 § 2, 1991; Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
