19.48.100 Encroachment on easement or City property-Permit or revocable license required.

No encroachment shall take place on City property or on a public easement unless an encroachment permit or a revocable license therefor is first obtained. Encroachment shall be as defined in Chapter 13.04 of this Code. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
