In the R-2 duplex zone and in the R-3C and R-3 multiple dwelling zones, the minimum lot area is six thousand square feet. The minimum average width computed over the entire length of the lot is sixty feet and the minimum frontage on a street, alley, or private way is sixty feet. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
