A. The following development standards of the base zone may not be changed by application of a PUD overlay zone: Density, lot coverage, and building height.

B. Among the standards which may be approved for change by a PUD overlay zone are: minimum lot size, building setbacks, and parking.

C. Nothing in this section is intended to preclude submittal for a PUD overlay zone by property owners with existing uses and/or structures that do not comply with the current zoning regulations of the base zoning district. However, the PUD overlay zone does not allow for expansion of nonconformities relative to density, lot coverage, or building height. (Ord. 2011-2 § 3, 2011.)
