A. A PUD overlay zone may be applied to properties situated in the following base zones only: R-2 (duplex residential zone), R-3 (multiple dwelling residential zone), or R-3C (multiple dwelling—Belvedere Cove).

B. Overlay zones may only be applied to one or more parcels totaling one acre or more in size. Parcels must either be contiguous or abutting and separated only by a roadway.

C. The parcel(s) may lie wholly or in part within the City limits but must have a base zone assigned by the City of Belvedere. (Ord. 2011-2 § 3, 2011.)
