Except for reclassification initiated by the Planning Commission or City Council, all applications for SC-H classification shall be accompanied by a complete application for a senior citizen/handicapped special use permit. A list of submittal requirements for senior citizen/handicapped special use permits will be provided on a form available in the City offices. The application shall be processed in accordance with the development plan review procedures outlined in Chapter 19.82 of this Title. (Ord. 89-1 § 1, 1989.)
