The following summarizes the standards that shall apply to development in the R zone for emergency housing. For all regulations concerning the determination and measurement of slope, height, setbacks, floor area ratio and other development standards, see Chapters 19.44 through 19.68 of this Title.

Siting

No emergency housing may be built on an inundated parcel or any parcel which is partially inundated by water.
